Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, it is prepared for shipment and handed over to our shipping partner. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once processing has begun.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. In most cases, orders are delivered within 7–20 business days from the shipping date. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

We currently ship to multiple international destinations. Shipping availability may vary based on location, customs regulations, and carrier limitations.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

VVLT Nutra is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at info@vvltnutra.com so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. VVLT Nutra is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you accordingly.
