At VVLT Nutra, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds to ensure product safety, quality, and compliance with health regulations.

All Sales Are Final

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales made through VVLT Nutra are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or consumed products under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. To help us investigate and resolve the issue efficiently, we require clear photographic evidence of the product and its original packaging. In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Not Received

If your order has not been delivered within 20 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at info@vvltnutra.com. Our team will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine whether the package is considered lost. Once confirmed, an appropriate resolution will be provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in limited circumstances, including orders confirmed as lost in transit, items that are significantly different from what was ordered, or products that arrive damaged when a replacement is not available. When approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, customers are required to contact our support team to allow us the opportunity to resolve the issue directly. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions or a permanent ban from future purchases.
